When you subscribe to our service, you'll fill out a personalized quiz to help us understand your preferences. This quiz will cover your style choices, including length, color, texture, favorite brand, and more. Based on your answers, we'll handpick 3 high-quality lace front wigs and accessories tailored just for you and deliver them each month. Tip: You can update your preferences anytime—just let us know if they change!

For your first box, you'll be billed immediately upon joining, and we will ship out your first box the same day, or the day after.  After that, billing occurs on the same day each month. We'll ship out your box immediately right after your renewal date.
Example: If you place your order on September 15th, your first box will be shipped immediately. Your subscription will then renew on October 15th, with the next box sent out within 1–2 business days of that renewal date.

What If I Don't Like A Wig That I Got?

I understand this might be your biggest concern. If you end up disliking a wig you received, we offer exchanges for your FIRST box only, and you will need to cover the shipping cost. Or you can email us at subscription@wabahairsupply.com to let us know why the wig didn’t work for you. We’ll make a note of your feedback and strive to better match your preferences in your next box.
