We understand our customers purchase hair for hair appointments or events. Please let us know ahead of time if you are expecting your package before a hair appointment or a special event to ensure timely delivery. We always strive to accommodate our customers the best we can.



Once our shipments have been received by USPS we are not responsible for any delays or losses caused by USPS processing/transporting parcels. Please refer to your tracking number and contact USPS with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your shipment. 

Due to COVID-19, carriers are experiencing extended delivery times and delays due to disruptions in transportation routes. Anticipated delivery times with both USPS and UPS are now within the 7-10 day range for shipping within the United States.

Store associates cannot assist with or answer inquiries about online orders. Please do not contact our brick-and-mortar locations regarding your order.

All orders (including in-store pickup orders) require up to two days of processing time. In-store pickup is not same-day pickup. Please wait to be notified that your order is ready before coming to the store. 

All orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday.

What is generally shipped as a First Class package via USPS?

Anything that weighs up to 15.9 oz

  • One package of clip-ins
  • Several packages of tape-ins
  • One wig
  • Lip gloss, edge control, hair bonding glue, cosmetics, etc
  • 4 or fewer packages of crochet braiding hair

What is shipped as a Priority Mail package via USPS?

Any order that weighs at least 1 pound.

  • Multiple packages of clip-ins
  • Multiple wigs
  • Crochet braiding hair bundles, or more than 5 pieces of crochet braiding hair

We recommend that our customers place their orders at least a week prior to any hair appointments or events to ensure timely delivery.



In-Store Pickup: 1-2 Business Days

Please do not come to the store to pickup your order until you have received an email or text message stating that your order is ready.

*Large Orders (more than 6 items): May take 1-2 more Business Days to Process.



International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International or UPS Mail International unless a separate shipping method has been decided prior to your order being placed. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp prior to placing your order if you need expedited shipping or would prefer another shipping method (UPS or DHL) and we can quote a shipping fee for you. 

USPS First Class Mail International and UPS mail is NOT express shipping. Please visit the USPS International Shipping Page or the UPS International Shipping Page for more information. 

Once the shipping carrier has the package, we are not responsible for any shipping delays or holds. We track each international package daily and can only update you with as much information as the tracking number provides. Please be advised that there may be additional delays due to disruptions in transportation routes due to COVID-19.

International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Waba Hair and Beauty, and thus cannot be refunded. 

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

Please note that USPS does not pay on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods, as soon they enter the country. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice for the charges at the destination, plus a small administration fee. 


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at help@wabahairsupply.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If the items get returned to us, we will charge an extra shipping fee to ship them again. Or, we will issue a refund for the purchased items. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers above in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. 

If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound. 


Please note that Waba Hair and Beauty charges state sales taxes on orders to Arizona at the rate applicable for the county of the purchaser. These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments and Waba Hair and Beauty in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the state.


We do ship to military addresses. All mail is shipped via USPS to a military base who is then responsible for delivering the package to your final destination. For military orders, delivery times can be upwards of 15-20 business days.
