While we will try our best to match your preferences, if you have 1 or 2 wigs that you're not happy with, we can offer you an exchange for your FIRST BOX only. Here are a few things to consider before we could process your exchange:

• You’ll be responsible for the shipping fees both for returning the wig to us and for us to send the replacement back to you.
• The wigs you wish to exchange must be in their original condition: still inside the box, unworn, and not tried on.
• Your replacement wig will be shipped once we receive your package and confirm that everything is in good condition.

Yes, you can skip a shipment! Simply follow these steps:

Step 2: Click on "Customer Portal"

Step 3: Click on "See more details"

Step 4: Click "Skip Order"

That's it! Your order has been skipped and will automatically resume the following month. For example, if you skip your November box, your subscription will resume in December.

We ship our Subscription Boxes every weekday, excluding weekends. If you place your order, we’ll ship it the same day or within 1 business day. Based in Arizona, your box will typically arrive within 3-5 days, depending on your location.

Your subscription will renew on the same date each month that you placed your order.
For example, if you order on November 18th, your first box will ship the same day or the next business day, and your subscription will renew on December 18th.

To cancel your WABA membership, follow these steps:

• Start by logging into your account.

2. Click on Manage Subscription

• If you have an active subscription with us, there should be a button that says "Manage Subscription".

3. Scroll down and click on "Cancel Subscription" 

• In your customer portal, at the bottom, there should be a button that says "Cancel Subscription". You can pause your subscription instead of cancel by clicking on "Pause Subscription".
