YOUR’E NOT LOCKED IN to purchase. They ALWAYS send a email saying your box is scheduled. I had a family emergency and needed to cancel that month. They give you options on how long ( month 2 months indefinitely) you want to suspend your subscription

The converti cap is not very convenient. The hair tangles very easy and the attachment comb was hard for me to "convert" into anything other than just a wig. I did not get the versatility.

If you have a small dome, this is your speed! Unfortunately, my head is regular (23 inches) and this hat does not fit. Otherwise, it looks good, fiber is decent.

I was disappointed because the hair looked nothing like the image. The bangs had zero length and the hair was really thin. No matter what I did I was unable to get any use from this hair and it was a total waste of money.
It stays on all day..
